Monteferri S.r.l. not only has stock products, known as "standard range," but also offers a specialised service to meet the needs of the racing sector, aimed at teams and organisers. They ensure high-quality products and services, guaranteed by the Quality System UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, using certified primary samples and a climate-controlled room maintained at constant temperature and humidity, where dimensional checks are carried out with a coordinate measuring machine and certified measuring instruments.

Gearbox Assembly

The Monteferri team is able to offer customers the service of assembling their gearboxes onto the customer's casing, including any necessary processing.

Mechanical Gearbox Modifications

MONTEFERRI S.R.L. can modify mechanical gearboxes upon customer request, for vehicles not listed in our products, either in terms of gear ratios or converting them, for example, from synchronised to front engagement.

Limited-slip Differentials

MONTEFERRI S.R.L. can construct limited-slip differentials on request, such as for the FIAT 500-126. Limited-slip differentials can be built for the removable half shafts.

Reinforced Half Shafts

Reinforced half shafts are available with larger connections, both on the gearbox side, with 24-tooth splines, and on the wheel side. For half shaft installation, it is necessary to replace the wheel hub and bearing.

5th Gear Kit - Original Fiat 500-126 Gearbox

The 5th gear kit can be assembled on the original Fiat 500-126 gearbox without disassembling the gearbox itself, allowing for improved performance of your historic Fiat 500.

Fiat 500-126 Gearbox Modification

It is possible to modify your original Fiat 500-126 gearbox and transform it into a 5-speed front-engagement gearbox that can be assembled onto the original casing and crown. This simple transformation can also be used for street cars.
